This notice explains which personal data we process, why we need it, how long we retain it and how you can exercise your rights.

This policy applies to visitors of djcreations.gr and people who contact DJ Creations using the form, telephone or email. It does not cover third-party websites reached through external links, such as WeddingWire.
Data controller
The controller is DJ Creations, under the responsibility of its founder, Giorgos Emmanouilidis.

Data we collect
When you contact us
The availability form requests your full name, email, telephone number, event date and type, venue or location and message. We may also process information you choose to send by email or provide by telephone.
When you visit the website
The web server may record technical data including IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser, operating system and response code for security, troubleshooting and reliable operation.
When you choose analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 processes usage information such as visits, pages, session duration, approximate geographic area and browser/device information. We do not send form-field content to GA4.

The required form checkbox confirms that you have read this notice and request that we contact you about your enquiry. It is not consent to promotional email and does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
What happens when you submit the form
The details are sent by email to authorised team members handling enquiries. The website does not maintain a separate submissions database. A hidden anti-spam field and Cloudflare Turnstile help limit automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information for this check under its privacy policy. This security check is necessary for the contact form and is independent of your analytics cookie choice. Temporary files contain a hashed identifier and submission times; submissions older than 24 hours are excluded from rate limits and files are cleared periodically. Required fields are necessary to check availability and respond meaningfully; without them we cannot process the enquiry.
Who may receive data
Access is limited to those who require it for the relevant purpose:
- authorised DJ Creations team members and collaborators,
- hosting and technical-support providers for operation and security,
- email providers, including Google Ireland Limited where Gmail is used,
- Cloudflare for protection against automated form submissions,
- Google Ireland Limited for GA4, only after consent,
- accountants, legal advisers or public authorities when legally required.
We do not sell personal data or disclose it for independent direct marketing by third parties.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer must rely on an applicable safeguard such as an adequacy decision or approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long data is retained

Data may be retained longer only where a specific legal obligation, live dispute or need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims applies.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send requests to info@djcreations.gr. We may request reasonable proof of identity and will respond without undue delay within GDPR time limits.
You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1–3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens, Greece, or to your local EEA supervisory authority.
Analytics, cookies and your choice
Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-MD1XCYFLL9 is optional. We use Basic Consent Mode: Google's file is not loaded and no request is sent to Google before you select “Accept analytics”. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and advertising user-data consent remain disabled.

Security and limitations
We apply organisational and technical measures proportionate to risk, including access restriction, form-input validation, spam protection and HTTPS transport in production. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure; if an incident occurs, we follow the GDPR assessment and notification obligations.
The service is intended for adults arranging an event and we do not knowingly seek children's data. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes to this policy
We update this notice when our operation, providers or legal requirements change. The date above records the most recent material revision. Questions can be sent to info@djcreations.gr.
